I have lived in Ulster County since 1979.  I have and continue to travel regularly to Dutchess, Sullivan, Greene, Columbia, Orange, Rockland, Westchester and Delaware Counties, as well as various locations in New York City, Rochester and Albany.  I actually love to go to new courts in new places.

I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (1974), with a dual BA in Russian and Philosophy, both summa cum laude.

I have a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania (1978).  After practicing under a temporary license with a legal services program in New York for a year and a half, I was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980.

I am admitted to the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of the federal courts for New York.

I am engaged in a variety of community activities, having served on the boards of directors of several local not-for-profit corporations for many years, until they got tired of me.  Presently, I am a member of the Ulster County United Way Board of Directors, and I serve on my town’s Zoning Board of Appeals.

I represent clients throughout southeastern New York including Kingston, Saugerties, New Paltz, Poughkeepsie, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Catskill, Delhi, Margaretville, Goshen, Newburgh, Middletown and all other locations in Ulster, Dutchess, Greene, Delaware, Columbia Orange and Sullivan counties.  I provide advice, counsel, and assistance in divorce and family law, elder law, wills and estates, along with real estate and landlord /tenant matters.  Contact me for a consultation.
